Professional profile

some serious competence

Strategic Alignment was founded by Steve Shelley in 2011, pulling together 30 years of experience across 15 countries, to help clients align the needs of their business with the needs of the planet.

In 2014, Steve graduated with distinction from his master’s programme ‘Leading Innovation and Change’. And in 2019, his expertise in Strategy and Leadership collided with his passion for the Environment in developing a robust climate adaptation methodology and training courses to help clients set out their own path towards zero carbon.

The business has evolved from providing training, coaching and consultancy services to encompass publishing and video production as well as sustainability and climate adaptation strategy.

His somewhat prescient book ‘The End of the World as We Know It’ is a primer on the causes and effects of climate change.
